LOST & FOUND
From time to time, people may lose valuable or sentimental items that are irreplaceable. We maintain a centralized lost-and-found department at the management office for all reported lost items or items found within the Branson Landing. We will make every effort to track down a missing item through our Courtesy Staff, the Hilton Hotel, and our Visitor Information Centers conveniently located in 3 locations along the Promenade. If you arrive home after a long and successful day of shopping and discover you have left behind something of value to you, please call our management office at 417. 239.3002, and we will help assist you in locating your lost item.
PET POLICY
Pets are allowed at Branson Landing in the outdoor areas. All pet owners are required to clean up after their pets (various baggie stations are located throughout the Landing for your convenience) and all pets must be on a leash and never left unattended. Individual store pet policies vary. Mall management reserves the right to ask individuals to leave if they are not following these courtesy guidelines or if the pet becomes disruptive.
GENERAL CONTRACTORS
ALL general contractors must check in at the management office before they start work on any part of the property, retail space, or restaurants.
SECURITY
Our mission is to provide a safe and pleasant shopping environment for all our visitors and guests. We request all individuals who live, work, or visit the Branson Landing to respect the property and our policies.
Our “Courtesy Staff” members (security & housekeeping) are well-trained in providing the greatest customer service to every one of our guests. Whether it’s providing directions, giving basic first aid, or carrying your packages to your vehicles, we want to help.
If you need assistance, please call our Security Line at 417.676.0152 or visit our Security Office – located at the South End/Bass Pro Shops End of the property – next door to Boot Barn, down the public hallway that leads to the restrooms.

Handicapped parking spaces can be found immediately next to the north and south entrances and inside the parking garage.
Branson Landing has Wheelchairs and Electric Scooters available* for our guests at the following locations:
Visitor Information Center - Suite #1213, located on the South End of the Promenade by Bass Pro Shops
Visitor Information Center - Suite #701, located on the North End of the Promenade by Belk
We are always very interested in hearing from our guests about any additional services we can provide.
We encourage our handicapped guests to request assistance from our Guest Services personnel should they encounter any situation which inhibits their freedom in enjoying their visit at Branson Landing. We are dedicated to making our property a relaxing and easy place for all of our guests to spend leisure time and look forward to your visit.

SOLICITATION
As part of our courtesy guidelines, no solicitation of any kind is permitted within Branson Landing without prior approval from management. Specifically:
Soliciting money or other contributions or donations, or distributing commercial advertising or promotional material of any kind, including leafleting of vehicles, or offering samples of items which are sold, available for sale, or available in exchange for a donation or contribution, except with the prior written agreement of the management of the shopping center is prohibited.
Our tenants are focused during the business day on providing services to their customers and clients. It is at their preference that direct business-to-business solicitation is prohibited on Branson Landing property. If you have a business offering you believe may be of interest to Branson Landing retailers, please use the telephone number or mailing address found on their individual tenant page to request an appointment to present your materials.
This non-solicitation policy also applies to requests for charitable donations from Branson Landing or our retailers. To request charitable donations, we advise the same -- use the telephone or send a written request to the manager of the location from which you wish to receive a donation for your organization.
EVOLVE ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING STATION INFORMATION
The Branson Landing has charging stations for electric vehicle {EV) drivers to plug in and power up. As part of our commitment to supporting sustainable programs, we're excited to partner with Empire District to install our first electric vehicle charging station.
How to charge:
• Parking: Charging station parking is reserved for electric vehicles only.
Start Charging Today
- If you are already a ChargePoint member, you can start charging your car today.
- Sign up for a Free ChargePoint card at ChargePoint.com (which works like a TollTag) and set up an account.
- Hold your ChargePoint card over the station's reader symbol.
- After the station authorizes you, remove the charging station's connector by pressing down on the button at the top of the handle while pulling the connector from the holster.
- Plug the connector into your electric vehicle. The station will display a message indicating the vehicle is charging.
