Specialty Leasing

RMU

Our RMUs are located up and down the Promenade and are easily accessible to our customers. They provide an excellent branding opportunity for any business. We have also added a newer style RMU. We have several locations and two cart styles to choose from.

KIOSK

Branson Landing has a mall-owned kiosk in Town Square available for rent. Drawings of merchant-owned kiosks can also be submitted for review.

INLINE

Occasionally we will have an inline store available for rent. These locations can be used for retail/office space and are rented out on a temporary basis. This is a great opportunity to try out a concept before making the commitment to a long-term agreement. Please get in touch with the management office at (417) 239-3002 to see available spaces.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q. What is the pricing structure?
A. There is no set pricing structure for specialty leasing. Several factors determine pricing, which includes the product, estimated sales, time of year you will be operating, location, and comparable costs of products in other malls. Once your application is reviewed and accepted, you will receive pricing information.

Q. What are the term dates that carts are available for rent??
A. The RMU program is open from March through December annually. If requested, carts are still available for rent in January and February.
