Job Posting: Assistant Retail Sales Manager (Full-Time)

Location:  Branson, MO

Montana Silversmiths is seeking an Assistant Retail Sales Manager in our Branson, MO, Retail Store to help lead day-to-day store execution and deliver an exceptional customer experience. In this role, you will partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, coach and develop associates, uphold merchandising and operational standards, lead by example, and step in as Manager-in-Charge as needed.  Schedule varies and will include weekends and holidays.  Competitive wage and benefits available, DOE.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred, or equivalent of 2–5 years of relevant retail work experience.
• Proficient in computer skills, including POS, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with cash management.
• Strong sales, customer relationship, communication, and analytical skills.
• Demonstrated business acumen, relationship building, leadership, initiative, and a results-oriented mindset.
• High integrity, trustworthy, adaptable, in a professional, respectful, business-like approach.
